Not really, why? Those kinds of things get introduced slowly, over time. They already started it, keeping insurers from charging more for women (who cost more to insure) has men subsidizing their coverage since day 1 of the ACA.

Yes, of course they would. Just like the Nazi policies were accepted. It's a slowwwwwww process. At the same time, they are educating the new generation of men to accept the terms they will be laying out for them. The new generation of men will be so indoctrinated they will fully accept their second class citizenry. It's all just a matter of time and it's already well underway. I would invite anyone to walk through the topography of terror exhibit in Berlin. It really shows how this process works slowly and deliberately over time. This kind of policy would never be all announced tomorrow. It is done slowly, so no one notices.

If the public were asked to vote on it, I think they would vote against it. But if the government just said "this is the way it's going to be from now on, deal with it" the people would grumble, but they wouldn't revolt.
