Well I think generally people here do think men have it worse, possibly because every time I see a post like this I ask the OP to try to name some woman's issue, and I've never met anyone who could.

It would be free to talk about anything they liked, and without feminist ideology, any problems raised would actually be likely to be solved.

What you seem to be asking is "what are women's issues, really?" I'm not going to say women have no problems, but legitimate problems that women face in first world countries that are gender specific are vanishingly few. There's always work/life balance, which is arguably not a gendered issue, because generally it is argued that women should be able to have this, yet never argued that men should. Breast cancer is covered as much as can be. Maybe the most legitimate problem women face in the US, currently, is access to abortion services. Here still, they are way in advance of options men have available.

These are the issues I could think of that women have. I'm not ranking these as important or not important just that I think they exist.

Pregnancy and everything to do with the female reproductive system
Perception of safety is not accurate, leading to fear.
Female rivalry. eg means girls
Reliance on men for protection

The option to be a stay at home mother and specialize in the family has receded, compared to earlier times.

It's more difficult now to find a partner who earns more than you.

It's much more difficult to find a partner who's better educated than you.

I googled up a bunch of lists of ways women are 'oppressed' and lists of 'issues' women face in our modern times to find items that a WRA could fight for. Damn its hard to find some good ones.

45% are about women/girls are stereotyped unfairly when most of the time the actual real world doesn't bear out that stereotype. But you know, stereotypes hurt feelings. 50% is them looking solely at the women side of a social issue to make it woman's issue. "homeless women, women in prison, domestic violence against women" etc.

As for actual women's issues how about:

Not enough women in elected office or public office.

Never been a woman president.

Reproductive rights.

Pregnancy discrimination at work.

Women are changed more for haircuts (this was actually on a list).

Not enough women CEOs.

Burkas and dowrys and shit in not-first-world countries.

as for solutions thats up to them.

It would talk about women that are actually opressed, like the women in Saudi Arabia whom are not allowed to drive when the men are for example.

Or about the women who get stone or shot (in both instances to the head) . Or about the countries where women do not have the same rights as men (I do believe Switzerland is among them, although there is a consensus among women that men are doing a good job) and on and on and on. There would be plenty of issues for womens rights activists to tackle.
