I honestly think this should be classified as rape.

Rape is about sex without consent. If you can get someone to say they consent by getting drunk with them, and it's rape because they never would have done it normally, I don't think it's too far fetched to say you'd never have slept with someone who had knowingly gone off birth control, and by hiding it they're essentially duping you to ensure you continue to consent.

The overwhelming opinion seems to be that the woman was in the wrong, which is obviously true. But there's a horrible, underlying sentiment that "Welp, you did everything you could and it's happened anyway. Guess you're screwed bro."
Fuck these people; this man deserves options. He deserves the right to have nothing to do with the potential child should it appear in 9 months time, and that includes financially. I read the history and you should get off this relationship NOW! She is so manipulative and had you on her hands all the time. I bet if you didn't see the pills and pregnancy tests she'd say that de birth control had failed and this lie would make you accept this child easier. You were lucky enought to end her plans before it get completed. If she lied about something so serious what about another not so serious things? She broke your confidence and deserves to lose you.

Well, about the child: if she aborts it, then it's good for you. Raising an unwanted child is bad for you, the child and in general the society. But, if she decide by all manners to have the kid, then man up and try to be a good father, the kid doesn't have fault about her imaturity and irresponsability. One of the worst things you could do to this kid is not being a present father, raise it and teach it your values.

And just to complain: something that fucking piss me off is that this crazy feminists will firmly defend the mothers "rights", for them you're the evil man who wants to be the owner of the woman's body and bla bla bla. Please don't give a shit to all this bullshit and go until the end to turn this situation as best as possible for you, here you'll have support from our community against this manipulative woman and all other women that will say you're wrong.
