I think a huge part of the difference could be explained with the number of males and females that go to college.

The difference is quite huge. Ranging from 33 to 50% more women than men that go to college.

It could very well be, that a lot of men that could major in female dominated fields drop out or want to do something what they deem more rewarding.

I'd love to see how "high" feminists/womens' studies majors score on average. Actually, I'd love to see a comparison between feminists and MRAs on many things like intelligence, education, skills etc.

Another contributing factor that I see could be the bias in scholarships/Affirmative action. Because of the bias there It is easier to get into and go to college as a woman because of all the organizations that back women attending college. Then if its harder for men and easier for women, A higher percentage of men with high IQ will have to be present because without that advantage of increased intelligence, that man would be less likely than an equivalent woman to go to college. Likewise since it is easier for women to get into college because of their scholarship/affirmative action opportunities, a higher percentage of women with lower IQ would go to college because they were accepted while their equivalent men were not

This is a bit misleading as it's not based off IQ scores, but rather estimated IQ scores, although it does go to address that in the article.
