If you look at the statistics, there is a pay gap between men and women. Femists jump to the conclusion that its gender oppression. But when you conduct a multivariate analysis, it's been discovered that it exists because of the choices we make. So we hold women accountable for their choices then the gender oppression argument disintergrates.

Incels like to use these online dating statistics which show certain ethnicities getting the least responses and use that as an argument that there is a racial bias within women. To date, I've never seen a multivariate analysis of these stats, I've never seen any information that looks into the reasons why they are passing up certain etnicities at a higher rate. If we could know the reasons why, perhaps the racial bias argument would dissolve too.

For all we know, certain etnicities might be worse at presenting themselves online, they might have a high rate of bad photos, poor dress sense, boring bios, maybe they are sending the highest amount of offensive messages and putting women off even bothering with men of that ethnicity. I'm not saying these things are definite, but without the multivariate analysis then any guess is as good as another. Without variable data to show the variables, then it's No different to jumping to the conclusion that the wage gap is caused by oppression and not just people being responsible for their own poor choices
