So a while back I overheard two women talking, one of them asked the other how low is she willing to date, and the girl said

"I wouldn't date below my looksmatch.

I am a 7 so I want at least a 7".

That girl was a 4, and her body was even worse (she was chubby but not enough to look bad, the problem was the shape, she was really square with short legs in proportion to her height, flat butt, wide shoulders).

I know this is just an example but this applies to almost every female. It is not that they only want way better looking men, it is just that they receive so much validation that they consider themselves well 3 points above what they actually look like.

This is the main reason they always deny hypergamy. When you see a 5 dating an 8, the girl truly believes she is dating her looksmatch,and of course they deserve even 10/10.

When you approach your looksmatch she is just thinking "how does an ugly guy dare approach a hot girl like me?".
