Not true because your phenotype is very location dependent. Just being white will get you more matches on tinder than being a slightly better looking minority.

I was rated 6,6 , 6,2 and 5,7 on photofeeler with different pictures and I can’t get any match on tinder in my country but probably because of Turkish females. I can get matches when I try other areas, specially North Africa and South America.

Guys need to put more than 4% effort into their pics. A frowny-faced mirror selfie in front of a dirty mirror isn't going to do it. Women don't want to see that carp you caught. Buy a tripod. Learn some basic lighting tricks. Quit mean-mugging the camera. Learn some basic editing. You think women take perfect selfies on the first try? They take 15 just to get one worth editing.

I don't really feel that's true. Not that other internet face ratings are anymore accurate but Tinder is probably too binary and lacks granularity. You're either in the top 5% or you're getting almost nothing which obviously misses a lot of nuance in looks.
