Jesus Christ I feel so bad for this guy. The same thing happened to me when a coworker reported me for sexual harassment because I rejected her and it felt like the entire world was against me. None of the lawyers I left messages for got back to me. I was in my mid twenties but it was still so tough to deal with mentally, but this little guy is just a 15 year old kid. I really hope his parents have his back

I had to look up AroAce. Anyways….I’d cut ALL contact, if she wants to press charges she presses charges. Fight that out in court. You already had 4 weeks post breakup nothing happened till you were back in school and then you CYOA by talking to the safe space people who SHOULD be able to testify to what you said then. The way it sounds she’s crazy unstable and you’d be able to trip her up in cross even if you defend yourself (DONT DO THAT). Idk how England is legally but….that’s my strategy going into it.

BTW when I mean cut all contact i mean don’t even look at her in a public place. Anything she says to you even if cornering you hold up your lawyers business card. Simple. NOTHING. If they assign you to work together at school tell them you’d rather fail than be in contact with her.

If he coerced her into sex, it’s rape. If she said no and he pressured and asked her over again for it, that is rape. Sorry for those of you who feel personally attacked by this truth.
