You can have your lawyer try and get a default judgement that would probably be very much in your favor, but as others have stated she'd likely respond to the court then and they wouldn't care that she went past the 30 day response window. Even if you do get a default judgement she can typically go back and get it overturned.

Mine took like 34 days. Lawyer said it wasn’t worth fighting over or pushing anything, as a judge most likely wouldn’t care. I wouldn’t even pay attention to the 30 days

I believe the process just continues on. Your spouse doesn’t have to respond in CA (initially), but they will eventually. The info is on the self help court website. Good luck man
