Almost at the end and only fighting on one thing. Ex owes me equity in the house because I let her have it. She is taking half of my 401k. She wants to take what she would owe me in equity out of the 401k amount to her. I want cash in hand. I want cash in hand because I want to pay off my vehicle freeing up a good amount of extra money. Right now it’s tough on money. Which route should I go? Any suggestions appreciated.
