(I was proactively paying child support but when APL was awarded they immediately put me in arrears. I didn’t get to argue anything, and they refused to negotiate… the DRO screwed up the numbers in several ways…)

45% is used to address marital liabilities. Car payment, Credit Card, Personal Loans, Her Medical Debt, Child’s Braces ect…

She moves out, takes the paid off car and never contributes a cent to the shared bills.

With 50-50 custody… how the hell does the system expect me to feed my 4 kids when I have them?

This bitch is complaining that the kids are buying chips at school and I’m not helping fund their lunch accounts while I’m literally sending her thousands of dollars a month?!?!? She made more than me for 20 of 23 years of our marriage!!?!?!??!?

We had court last week and the judge cancelled due to illness. Reschedule is 2 months out?!?!??

It’s been 13 months since she demanded a divorce and I filed…. There is no incentive for her to do anything. Every step is another billable hour for my attorney. We had to force them to file their financials.

I’m going to loose the kids childhood house if this continues and no one else seems to care?!??
