ARTICLE IV - RESIDENTIAL SHARING AND CUSTODY SCHEDULE

Section 2: Weekly Custody Schedule Both Parents agree to a shared custody schedule to be administered as follows, which is structured as a repeating 14-day cycle to align with the Father’s professional shift requirements, maximize consistency, and completely eliminate Tuesday exchanges. All standard custodial transitions shall occur via an 8:00 p.m. EST drop-off or pick-up on the designated exchange day.

Week 1: Father shall have physical custody of the Minor Children starting Friday at 8:00 p.m. EST through the weekend, concluding Wednesday at 8:00 p.m. EST. Mother shall have physical custody of the Minor Children from Wednesday at 8:00 p.m. EST until Sunday at 8:00 p.m. EST. Weekly Total: Father has five (5) nights; Mother has two (2) nights.

Week 2: Father shall have physical custody of the Minor Children starting Sunday at 8:00 p.m. EST through Wednesday at 8:00 p.m. EST. Mother shall have physical custody of the Minor Children from Wednesday at 8:00 p.m. EST through the entire weekend, concluding the following Friday at 8:00 p.m.

EST. Weekly Total: Father has three (3) nights; Mother has four (4) nights. Over the full 14-day repeating cycle, the Father has a total of eight (8) nights and the Mother has a total of six (6) nights
