Need somewhere to vent. STBX is on her third attorney and we've been separated for close to 7mo. I live with my parents in their studio, plenty of space for my two sons. Have court orders in process since she's dragging ass. Current tacit shared custody schedule has me at 43% overnights, I'm fighting for 50% because I don't hared her crazy beliefs (that's a whole other thread).

Today after checking in she informs me my 6yo is sick and she's not brining him (parent departing drops off currently) and I can come get my teen at her drop off time 4pm. She's without consent making the call 6yo can't come (100 d fever) and she "doesn't want to see me or in the house" which is denying my right to check on him. And no, she doesn't have exclusive use of the home and doesn't work or contribute after so many months.

This fucking sucks, I just want equal time raising, guiding and influencing my kids, today I just want to check on my youngest and not even bicker about the fact I should still have him and to care for him.

--UPDATE: she'll move him to the den and let me sneak in through the garage to say hello to him, this is just insane.
