Gentlemen.

I am looking for anyone’s experience in setting up their small side business after their divorce is finalized. I’m thinking of some side businesses that I can do on top of my day job, but ideally “I” am not going to be making any money, and that it would be kept in the business. This would help build assets without adding to any child support or alimony numbers. I know that I should contact a tax professional for actual advise, but prior to even getting to that point, wanted to hear some of your examples for some good things to think about.
