There's no standard for Hallmark Holidays. It's whatever you and the mother agree to in your parenting plan.

Custody is measured by overnights, not hours.

If it’s not specified in your specific parenting plan, then there is no standard. Technically, she doesn’t have to let you have them.

Now, if Father’s Day isn’t specified in your parenting plan, then neither is Mother’s Day. I’d remind her of that, and that her willingness to work with you on your day will be met with reciprocal effort when the calendar doesn’t work in her favor.

I don’t think Mothers or Fathers day was in there but we added it in the “other” area. Same for Easter

Any good parenting plan should stipulate mother's day for momma, father's day for daddy.
