Papers were served on 4 December. She took it upon herself to move out and into her parents place. I had filed a request through the courts that I could get "exclusive use" of the residence which wouldn't happen for at least 30 days, and only if the judge/magistrate ruled in my favor. So, since she's already out and most of her stuff is gone, I can change the locks, right? I just wanna make sure I'm not doing anything that will work against me in court.
