I am in New Jersey, divorced, have 2 kids. I pay $1500 for both, so my daughter's share is $750. She is 18 and is starting college in August 2025 and is leaving the house. Per MSA, college expenses are shared equally between the me and exwife.

The MSA provides for the possibility of modification as follows:

"the parties agree that child support will be subject to review upon the children commencing college so long as the children do not reside at home while attending college, or for any other available legally recognized reason pursuant to law existing at the time such claim is raised"

What is the appropriate amount for the modified child support for my daughter? Would $250 make sense given she is in college for two thirds of a year?
