My wife filed for divorce January 2022. We still need to file our financial disclosures, come up with child cusotdy and MSA. We both have friends who are attorneys. Her friend specializes in Family law so we've been using her to ask questions and help us. We traded financial disclosures but still need to file. I keep asking her to have her attorney file for us, but she doesn't respond I'm getting tired waiting around....if I ask my friend to file for me, does she has a time limit to file hers? Sounds like shes stalling because she doesn't want to get off my health care. Please advise. Thanks guys!!
