My wife is attempting to tell people that I was abusive in the relationship which isn’t true, there’s no evidence of it, and police have never been involved. I don’t have kids, we’re working on settling, and I don’t really care if she gets a TRO. Actually if she could stay completely out of my life if would be preferred.

Is there anything to worry about? My guess is not really unless she decides she wants to get dirty legally. But we weren’t married that long and the few assets we have are mostly pre-marital. Is this just likely a way for her to distance herself from the guilt of abandoning her husband?
