Hi, no intension of avoiding child support but if my STBX (assisted by the bf and brother) try to not play by the rules i.e don’t allow me 50/50, I may have to escape child support. I will spend my entire fortune for my child. Will be happy to transfer to him directly but I can’t pay for their life style while I have no time with my child. The plan is to first claim disability at work and reduce income significantly and then either

  1. Staying in usa and try to build income in my home country by passive investments/ online work. I should continue to have whatever limited parenting time is allotted to me.

  2. Skip country altogether, may be tell court that have to leave due to health reasons and ask court to give me parenting time in summer break by having the child in home country.

I know this may sound unethical and I may not end up doing it eventually but I don’t need a morality lecture right now. Anyone successful with a similar plan?
