Depends. FL has a special eviction law that is expedited -5 days to respond and typically takes no longer than 4-6 weeks - it was passed to protect older folks who might find a younger relative or friends of another relative who moved in and refuses to pay or move out. It's actually seperate from the rest of the civil code about eviction and has an entirely different name and process that's more streamlined with fewer pleas available to the evictee.

EDIT: FL's special law for relationship evictions is : "Unlawful Detainer Action"

Call the Ohio State Attorney General's office and explain your situation. FL's, Ashley Moody, has a great office. They may know of laws that can help you, and turn you on to free legal help. If you're a vet or older or have injuries, there's many free resources.
