I know I should be asking my lawyer this but he doesn’t respond and I’ve had to find out I was divorced through my ex since he never told me about the final court date so I thought I would come here. I got a lot taken away from my summer with the kids in mediation and I know this is kinda petty but I try and get every second I can with my kids as she never lets me see them on her time so this July the fifth Friday falls on the 31st so I’m assuming I get the kids until the 2nd of August. She has taken a whole week out of my summer for her church camp with the kids ( even though she sleeps with her friends/ ex best friend around our kids) but that’s another rant. I just don’t want to start crap with her right now without being sure because she threatens to take the kids away all the time.
