I'm seeking some advice or insights on a bit of a complex situation. Our marriage was annulled, meaning, legally, we were never married. During our time together, We purchased a VA home using the VA Home loan program with my eligibility and purchased a car using USAA auto loan with my membership or eligibility, and even though I was and am the sole financial contributor to both, her name is also on the deed and the vehicle title. Given the annulment and my exclusive financial contribution, I'm wondering if I can petition the court to have her name removed from both the house deed and the car title. Has anyone faced a similar situation or have legal knowledge in this area? Any guidance would be much appreciated!
