I got divorced a year ago, I share 50/50 custody of my two children with my ex wife. When it’s actually been more like 75/25. I didn’t mind doing more because she said was in school and said when she graduated she would do her part. She graduated in December. And has yet to do much. But last week I got served paperwork at work saying she is filing for full custody, child support and just give me reasonable visitation. So I’m scrambling now to find an attorney but most want 5k- 6k retainer, and I personally can’t do that right now, but I’m willing to right for my children because I know they are better off with me. If anybody has any advice. I’d appreciate it.
