Hey all, I’m a 42yo man, about to ask for divorce. We have one child, 2. Married for 2.5 years, but separated and living apart for the last year. The house is in her name, we shared the bills until we separated (and for years before marriage). I made around 75k for the last few years. She’s made more, probably gross of $150k+. She owns a business that I helped her build early on, though she’s done 99% of the work. Neither of us have made any effort to make it work in many months, but we coparent well. We share 50/50 custody. When we were together I did the bulk of the shopping, cooking, cleaning, animal, and child care.

My question is, what if anything will I owe, or should I ask for anything. Hoping to avoid lawyers if possible. Happy to answer me any questions.
