Working out should be the first thing newly divorced guys get into (if they aren't already)... It opens doors to other activities.

Other activities depends on your financial position and how adventurous you are.

Sports can be either participatory or spectator... Either leads to many avenue of hobbies that guys tend to enjoy.

Hiking is cheap except for gas depending on where you live. Travel is fun but can get expensive... get a travel credit card, charge everything, pay off each month, travel on the points.

Vehicular activities are great for men if you have the finances and a place to store your vehicles.

Shooting is varied, you can hunt, target practice, learn self defense, compete, build guns, teach, etc.

Inside activities such as gaming, tech/gadgets, learning (online courses), modeling, cooking, and DIY are all great. YouTube has a billion videos on basically anything you can think of.

Get an old Honda CB 500.

Get to work on it. Meet your local peeps into wrenching on old bikes and the many many many sites that will teach you everything and show you where the local "bike shit is". Take your state's riding course and get your license.

A whole new engrossing hobby and you'll soon have too many bikes and will find the niche that you dig.

I personally got into autocross and then eventually track racing in my car. This is a great one, but can become a money pit if you start enjoying it and need to buy tires all the time, etc.

Also recommending jiu jitsu, grappling in particular I think is really good exercise and gives an insane amount of self confidence and measurable results. It's nice knowing you can pop someones head off if you have to.
