After my wife getting denied 2 protective orders, having to fly back to Texas and within going back to our old schedule Which is me having the girls 3/4 days out of the week with overnights.

She is wanting to come up with a settlement but refuses to agree to joint custody like before? Even with me having them almost half the time.

Will the court side with me or her?
