Looking for insight on spousal maintenance in the state of indiana. I make roughly 88000 a year and 2100 a month in military disability. She makes about 40000 a year. We have kids and will be splitting time 50/50. She just started working this job this year. She has no mental disability or disabled children that keep her from working. What am I looking at here? I want to keep things as friendly as possible but there was infidelity that has lead us to this situation. I’d rather not pay maintenance if possible. Her portion of child support I don’t mind because I am a very present father and want the best for them.
