I've been contemplating switching representation for awhile now. Most recently I wrote my lawyer (through his paralegal with him CCd per his request regarding all communications) over 8 days ago and have yet to receive a response on a simple question regarding whether Internet is considered a 'utility' in my state (WA).

I don't have any basis of experience with lawyers or anything like that, is it unreasonable for me to expect a response sooner then 8 days?
