Looking for some encouragement. Tried to reconcile with my wife for the last few months to no avail. I thought we both believed divorce wasn’t really an option for us and our faith. Today was a big day as I think she filed, family cutoff communication, etc. No house, kids, etc. so there really hasn’t been a lot of need for contact. All my friends and family think I’ll be better off in the long run, but I’m sure everyone gets told that.

Any other guys out there absolutely wrecked when this happened but then met someone who was a better fit? Didn’t think they could be happy again, but then were much more? I’m hesitant to come to the internet for encouragement, but unfortunately I’m the first of my friends to go through this. Thanks in advance!
