So I'm in California. My wife and I are getting divorced and I need to know what forms I need to fill out to file. We don't have kids or any property nor pets. She already has her things and she doesn't want any sort of money or any sort of financial contributions towards health care or spousal support. We were married for 1 year ... Separated since april.. So anyways I'm legit just looking for what I need to get this process started any advice is appreciated. I know it's an uncontested divorce and I'm looking for someone who's gone this route to give me a little insight and point me in the right direction.
