On the path of divorce for over a month and a half. (32m) from (37f). I petitioned and made all the effort in paperwork. Now I have representation because she is shooting the silver bullet. Has some text messages where derogatory language was used from me simply showing frustration no Ill intent. She has been granted a TRO and it ends near the end of October. I haven’t been served but I found these documents on our local courts website. She is pregnant and due to give birth before it ends. She has voiced wanting me to be there but it states no contact on the paper… I’m confused maybe she is emotional and upset and I get that. I am leaving her because she controls, dictates and manipulated me with my first born. I fear she’d do the same with the newborn so I wanted out. We also mutually have fought verbally, never physically but a lot verbally and now she claims I shoved her? I am an emotional and mental wreck and I want a divorce for these exact reasons. But now I am being punished and controlled through my kid first and now this order eliminating opportunity to be present at the birth. One last thing is we have a court hearing this upcoming week and I’m sure my attorney can help me a bunch but what can I do now? I don’t want to contact her at all because she wanted this so I’m respecting it. Idk what to do about it all and I hate this. Also she lawyered up before me and I don’t have much money and she wants me to pay her counseling for trauma and lawyers fees? Excuse me but what the actual hell!!??
