I recently filed for divorce in IL. Want to know how is the end date for marital assets calculated. The start date is the marriage date but how to know the end date. If the STBXW keeps delaying the divorce by not cooperating or coming to a settlement terms will the end date keep dragging until the divorce is granted as that could be years. 2.5 years married, no kids.
