my ex was banging her male tennis partner, mixed doubles, before she even told me she wanted out. then she moved in with him! imagine how that was! i even knew the guy casually from parties. lol. dickhead.

i only cared for a few weeks/maybe a month then i was pretty happy about being single again. the money part was my biggest angst. she did nothing and i made all the money and owned my own biz.

STBX is gone and you will be better off without her. I went thru the same issues, my Ex jumped back into dating right after 14 years of marriage . I was alway fit and healthy, but I went out there and pushed myself even harder. I’ll be turning 40 this year and I am in the best shape of my life. What worked best and really made me forget her was to get out and get laid, that really boost my confidence. Plenty of women out there looking for something casual, not sure if I’ll be ready to dive into anything serious anytime soon, and if ill be I know my vetting process will be a lot more stringent. Live and learn. Go out there stay positive and good things will come.

It definitely sucks but all the advice is valid and necessary. My ex is onto bf#2 4 months post divorce and after a convo yesterday she ain’t past our relationship so she may be setting herself up to fail but that’s not my bag to worry about. I was proud when she tried to take me back to the past I didn’t go back there with her in feeling guilty. That’s her shit she needs to figure out.

Find the new you and love the new you. Time heals and I am working my way to getting back on the dating train. Appreciate all the advice that people are sharing on here. Can’t wait to put it into action

Hey man. Women always look for the replacement before leaving and especially before telling you. That way they can have you support and fund their lifestyle while they look for your replacement. It’s all About $$$$ to women until they find another sucker.

It’s been said on the sub multiple times by many other that they usually already have someone lined up by the time they call it quits. Seems like woman can’t be alone so before they decide to call it quits they usually already have someone lined up. Is called monkey branching and it usually never works. They leave the relationship thinking they found a replacement but the guy is usually just using them until they don’t. We all been there is easier said then done but when my ex left at that moment I stopped checking on her I knew the time for her to start seen and talking to someone else was there so I un added my self to the situation, it was no longer my business what she did or didn’t do, it was just my turn.

This is real hurt, but it’s just your brain playing tricks on you. If she don’t want you no more, then move on and find a better life without her. Easy advice to give, harder to live but worth it.

Quit giving her space in your head for free. You HAVE to come to the understanding that she DOES NOT MATTER anymore. Whether she never fucks again, or fucks 2 dudes a day for the rest of eternity does NOT concern you anymore.

Take those eyes completely off of her, and land them on some other piece of ass that will fuck you like you matter. You gotta focus on YOU, and what makes YOU happy. I’m telling you this with full confidence.. that woman is so unbelievably replaceable. She wants you to see her doing shit like this because it’ll keep you locked in & off the streets. Get that ass out in streets and start plowing like you own a snow removal company.

You got this dude, don’t ever let her borrow another second of your mental time again. Find your confidence, build on it. Learn how to interact with women again, and start poking your junk into other women.

Yeah it hurts. Your only option is get buff, update wardrobe, get raise/new job, and upgrade every single thing about your life. This new guy is nothing in the grand scheme of YOUR life. Put ex wife in rear view and move forward in earnest.
