We’re close to finishing up mediation and so far agree on mostly everything. She will be using her attorney as a review counsel after we finish up. What are the typical odds her attorney will find some reason to throw a wrench in everything and force me to modify the agreement, money owed, etc.? Her attorney is definitely a shark-type so I’m concerned. She’s also been meeting with a financial advisor to discuss post-divorce budgeting, etc., and even he started interjecting himself in our mediation saying I “wasn’t giving enough”. Even if my wife agrees with everything, do you think she’ll be persuaded?
