2yrs ongoing divorce 4 kids 1 getting CS with a 50/50

Mediation is in a few days and we are preparing the mediation briefing. My daughter is 17 and turns 18 next year. So CS will be over. Shes not going to college. So that ends CS.

Mediation is 4k for mediatior + 7k for my lawyers

I'm going into negotiate SS. She works full time but I earn 4x her income Kids stayed with me after She had the affair She left the house

Home has sold and she will get her share of the proceeds.So equliazation will be completed.

So it's really SS . Which I dont want to do I'm going in and offering her a buyout of spousal support (mine is indefinite). I'm offering her some investment property I bought during the marriage. Its not paid off but it's a asset and will grow in equity.

Any pointers from guys who have went thru the mediation process.
