I had court today for a motion my ex filed to take the kids on a month long trip to Greece. Last year I let her take the kids for a month and my youngest drowned at a pool at a resort. He was found floating face down in the water and was unresponsive. CPR was administered and luckily he came back to life. My ex covered this up and it was extremely hard to get the medical records from Greece. The judge heard all this and still granted the trip and told my ex she needed to be more careful this time especially around water.

I was wondering what my options are? I am going to file an appeal. I'm wondering what happens if I just don't give them the travel documents they need. The trip is in 3 weeks.
