Sony or Olympus, available at any big box store or Amazon. Sony ICD PX333 was my choice six years ago.

Better off wearing a body camera. It sends two messages. Your hip to her games and that you’re serious about not being accused of anything.

Being accused is a solid draining experience. Trust me.

The phone one you need to be careful. They have squelched the abilty to record phone calls on phones for instance.

Having phone conversations inadmissable in court is a proxy to get the court the abilty to do anything they want.

Use Otter.ai, it will also transcribe everything and it’s recorded in the cloud. Use your phone, computer etc. much better.
