I’m currently preparing to put my home up for sale, I plan to move within a 30 minute distance due to housing cost.

On the parenting plan it says that mom’s home is primary residence but the address of dad will be used for school district.

The home I’m currently in is the one we lived in before divorce and the child is not currently in school yet.

Once I sell the home and move, will my new residence be used for school district or will it then be void because the address has changed from the original address during the divorce?

Anyone have any opinions or experience on this matter? Don’t want to lose any time with my son. Thank you in advance for any valuable wisdom.
