I'm in the heat of divorce, custody battle the whole nine.

I have an opportunity to get a big promotion totally change my career and life, and money on the short term isn't much more then I'm making now but huge upside over the next 2-5 years comparing if I stay in my current job. so shouldnt skew settlement and any CS if there is any in the short term, I'd be working 3 days per week remote instead of 2, double the vacation and sick time. 10% pay increase with the promotion but probably 40-50% pay increase over the next 5 years.

The only downside is 30 more mins per day, but I can stagger my hours so it's only 15 more mins at the end of the day, and there is no staying after hours or anything like that it's union so hours are the hours.

My boss has told me today to throw my hat in the ring they want me, but they don't know about the divorce.

Should I go for it? I feel like I've fallen ass backwards into another promotion, this would be my second promotion since she filed. I can't believe it.
