I gave money to my parents for buying themselves a home in my native country. The property is in my dad's name.

Is that considered Marital property in my Divorce?

There is another property that we bought in my native country, that is registered to my name. That is considered Marital property however.

My STBX is going after my parent's home as marital property and asking for me to give up rights to the one in my name. Basically cancelling out each other.
