She dropped the news about a month ago. 3 kids under 10. She's unemployed due to COVID but is actively looking for work. We still live together due to high cost of living in our city. But sleep in separate beds and aren't intimate at all.

I have PTSD and started treatment but it was too little too late, she did warn me to get help for the last 2 years but I refused due to fear.

We have a shared Amazon photo account which I don't use but she does. Got nostalgia last night and decided to look through some photos of happier times. BIG FUCKING MISTAKE.

It appears she's already on Bumble and has been sexting with some dude and is on a date with him tonight. I immediately gave her the heads up on what I saw and advised her to have more discretion. She was horrified and apologized immediately.

I gotta be honest this is a hot knife to the chest and hurts like hell.

I know it gets better and I know dating is an aspect but ignorance is bliss and I can't unsee that or stop thinking about it. Any advice?
