So looks like I’m getting divorced. Live in a community property state in US. I make very good income, home owner for 20+ years, married 6. After a big fight and days of silence come home from work late at night, she’s not here, savings emptied and an $8k charge on joint credit card to a divorce lawyer. She still has access to shared accounts and house which is empty when I work. No contact from her. She earns very little. Calling attorneys. Any advice?
