Running into some challenges with Q complying with Soberlink requirements in our custody agreement. Was curious what others’ thoughts were and if anyone has had a similar experience.

Background: Separated 6 months, Q in and out of rehab and multiple hospital stays over past 2 years so lots of documented alcohol abuse. Have signed custody agreement in place where Q agrees to Soberlink test at 3 pre-set testing windows on days she has custody. We’ve got 2 elementary school aged kids. Agreement and testing have only been in place for the past month.

The issue is Q refuses to sign me up to receive results directly from Soberlink and instead screenshots test as taken and texts to me. Agreement states I would receive official results directly from Soberlink and when pushed on this, Q began sending daily report PDF the following morning. We’re in the process of petitioning juvenile court to put in a court order for custody including requirement to receive results directly from Soberlink.

Given history, this seems like another way Q is trying to avoid accountability and create a space to cheat the test (editing screenshot/pdf, sending screenshot from previous test, given themselves time to come up with excuse or just not sending positive test).
