Attorney for the STBEX sent a subpoena to my attorney as soon as we filed for divorce requesting bank statements for the past three years in addition he asking for “Any and all employment records, including, but not limited to disciplinary records, attendance records, payroll records, along with records, pertaining to compensation, hourly wages, commissions, per diem payments, overtime, payments, disability payments, including health, and or dental insurance, retirement accounts, pension disability, insurance, and life insurance please also include any and all of the employee benefits, including any RSU investing schedules”

I’ve worked for the same employer for the past seven years on a salary basis. I understand the bank statements which we made available to her two previous attorneys who quit but employment records??!!
