Stbx filed 3 months ago and we’re currently in mediation working on a parenting plan (I’m seeking 50/50). We currently still both live in the marital home and we’re preparing to separate. We have a meeting with both attorneys in a couple weeks to discuss temporary financials, and I’m wondering how this will shake out. We both work full time and kids are in daycare. I make 3-4x more than her, I pay 100% of the bills, the mortgage, and daycare. In looking at our incomes, if we “normalize” our cash flows, this would mean I would have to pay her 1600-2000/month, more than I’d owe in child support. Does this seem right? I’d essentially be paying for 2 places while she just pays a couple bills
