One of the most powerful lessons I learned during my divorce recovery:

This lesson has no limits to where it can be applied…

Want to lose weight? It's fundamental.

Earn more money? Kinda necessary.

Want a better/new relationship? Sex life? Connection? Whether single or taken...?

Yup, relevant there too!

It hit me when I was at my lowest. After a very dark night, where I was seconds away from suicide, seeking meaning from life and struggling with which way to turn…

The reality I was experiencing was not the reality I wanted at all

So I dug deep into what it really takes to get the body & energy I wanted, how to cultivate a passionate and fulfilling sex life, how to get inspired to build & create, connect with more people, stop living in the shadows....

I noticed a common theme among all of them…

Environment…

Then the realisation came to me:

"Our current reality is shaped by our experiences, interactions and environments; both internal and external"

Every detail of the life you want to live, away from pain and suffering, comes from changing your current environment of living in the past, to an environment of a building a positive future, both internally and externally…

If your internal environment is fueled by junk and stress and poisons, expect your external environment to be tired and stressful and bleak…

As painful as it feels now, anyone can do this. I did it myself (it still takes some work) and I've helped others do the same now

Let's say you weren't the bread-winner and you desire a better financial future. Change your current environment to one that helps you build wealth

It doesn't mean you should break into the head offices of JP Morgan and sit in the corner…

It means you can't spend 8 hours a day on your phone watching "very gooood very niiiiiiice" on TikTok, impulse spending, multiple boosts on Tinder or a porn subscription (quit that right now)

It means you have to create structure, an environment that limits distractions, you have to fill your brain with wealth-building knowledge, and have enough energy to take action on it

Same with weight loss…

You can't expect to be in the best shape possible if you order takeaways every Friday night, spend your weekends in the pub, get less than 5000 steps every day and your Gut Biome looks like a scene from Dune, if you feel like you’re perpetually dieting with no results…

You have to change the environment!

- The quality of the food that goes in you

- The activity you get throughout the day

- Who you hang around with

- What info you focus on

- Who you get to help you!

Same with sex life. You won’t meet someone new, or even rekindle an old relationship if you look and feel like sh!t!

Look after yourself, get decent sleep, make yourself more attractive, have new experiences, put yourself in a place to meet people, be active not passive…

Environment breed results

Environments built for success breed success

Internal and external environments also create your interactions and experiences. Without getting mystical, you do attract a certain type of person to you based on who you currently are. A better environment creates better interactions

If you want a better life, create better experiences

2 years since my split, 6 months since my divorce, the potential I feel I now have, the experiences I've had, amazing people I've met, mind-blowing sexual experiences I've had… all came from changing my environments

You can do it too!
