This one I’ve never seen here so curious if anyone has a clue.

Government employee but only been at my job for 3ish years. I was in the military for 10+ years and ironically instead of buying that time back for retirement my wife used the money to buy breast implants (super stupid idea I know because it led right into the affair).

Anyway technically I’m only vested for 3 years of retirement as we are reaching divorce finishing. So is she only able to claim half of the 3 years of my retirement I’m vested? If I do buy back that military time post divorce does she get to dip into that?
