Not a lawyer, but I have a hard time believing this is Constitutional. Think about it: Picture a man who has committed no crime (other than being poor); he could be a loving and fit father who never neglected or abused his kids. But men with guns will separate him from his kids.

(I urge readers to remember that all laws are, ultimately, enforced by men with guns.)

What happened to Supreme Court rulings from 100 years ago that said, quite frankly, that parents have a state, federal, natural and God-given right to enjoy the company of their children and participate in their development?

Why stop at child support? If you're late on your taxes, we'll take your kids. Couldn't pay for a speeding ticket? We'll take your kids. This is sick.

You know what really chaps my ass? At the start of the video, that stupid bitch says, "That's their love right there" (talking about money). So, to her, money is love. Love is measure in dollars. That's a really sick opinion -- to turn your own kids into prostitutes; to commodify your children's love.
