My soon to be ex wife and I are in our early twenties, we have two kids, and I'm in the military. She has her own job (not enough to afford her own place) and moved in with another man a few months ago. I'm still in the house thankfully. Originally we were going to just do a separation agreement amicably but I don't believe she has the interest of the kids in mind. She straight up told me that she just wants me to have them for the summers only as a punishment for how I was in the marriage (she thinks she was perfect). She also has done very questionable things like leaving our kids with a babysitter while they were sick to go clubbing. I've decided I want to try and get primary custody of the kids if possible and am trying to look around for an attorney. I was wondering if anyone has any advice for what I can do from here.
